Everything you need to know before the ride
When is the ride?
The ride will take place November 2–6, 2025.

Where is the ride taking place?
This year’s ride is based in Northern Israel, including the Hula Valley, Galilee, and Golan Heights. The finish will be at ALYN Hospital in Jerusalem.
When and where do I check in?
Riders must check in to receive their rider kits and drop off bikes.

I live outside of Israel. What should I know about arriving?
We suggest international riders arrive a few days before the ride. We can help recommend hotels in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. You can easily tax a taxi or train to downtown Jerusalem or Tel Aviv from the airport. If you will need help arranging transportation, let us know.
Most riders from abroad will arrive on Thursday, October 30, stay with family/friends or at a hotel, and will take one of our buses on Sunday.
How do I get to the ride?

How does my bike get to the ride?
We highly recommend renting a bike through us. We can provide top of the line carbon road bikes, hybrids, and E-bikes.
You can also bring a bike to check-in. If your bike is packed for shipping, our mechanics will build it for you.
All bikes must undergo a safety check.
