Wheels of Love begins on Monday, November 3, 2025 in the North of Israel. All riders need to check-in before the ride. For those coming from abroad, mechanics will be available during all three check-in times.
We have added an optional solidarity trip to Kiryat Shemona or another community that was hard hit by the war on Sunday, November 2. Buses will leave from ALYN at 11:00 and finish the day at the Galilion hotel.
Participants can choose to stay at the Selena Hotel (see below) the night before the ride (November 10), or they can take one of our buses (from major cities like Jerusalem or Tel Aviv) early Monday morning.

All Wheels of Love meals and pit stops are kosher at the Israeli Rabbinate level. Valid certificates will be on display at all hotels and at the lunch breaks. Riders can request individually wrapped Mehadrin meals for an additional fee. You must let us know three weeks before the ride if you would like to order Mehadrin meals.

Cancellation Policy
Because the times are uncertain, we have a flexible cancellation policy. If the ride is cancelled, participants may choose to have their registration fee converted to a donation, recieve credit for the 2025 ride, or recieve a refund. If the ride is on but a participant needs to cancel for personal reasons (and it is less than 60 days before the ride,) they can transfer fee to a donation or recieve credit for the 2025 ride. If it is more than 60 days before the ride, particpants can recieve full refund.
